No, Kerry was not photographed. We just happened to witness it. He did mention it later in his speech though, sequeing into the need for more efficiency and cleaner fuels so we can eventually get ourselves off Arab oil altogether. Perhaps the #1 national security issue of all. After all, why are we even in the Middle East? Oil.
