Being under investigation in a partisan witch-hunt doesn't mean anything. Starr investigated everyone he could find in the Clinton's world. Probably his first grade school-teacher. Came up with a big nothing.

If you want to add up numbers of people investigated then Reagan's number would be in the many hundreds. Nixon's too. 138 indictments during the Reagan years including Cabinet members. And only one little indictment during the Clinton years for accepting $30,0000 from some lobbyist. Is that a bad crime? Ask Tom Delay.

Tom Delay's first move last year was to make lobbyists gifts to congressmen A-okay and did away with the rule that they had to be reported. Corruption Inc. Dont even go there, pal.
