Please no lies. Clinton did not dismantle the CIA. In fact, Bushies same into office and dismantled the CLinton counter-terrorism programs, all of them. Wanted to start from scratch. Nine months later we're hit. Clinton's people even had a spec warrior group in Pakistan training to go in and assassinate OBL. Whatever happened to them?
