First, both links to al Qaeda are down right weak if not flimsy as evidenced by the lack of interest on the part of "administration officials". If they were of substance, by now, they would not be appearing 'exclusively' in the Weekly Standard.

Secondly, both news items are from info gained since the conclusion of the war. The administration said it had substantive links between al Qaeda and Saddam before the war started. Where are those links now?
