While it is true anyone can sue anyone for anything, or even for nothing, a plaintiff in a lawsuit would subject himself to discovery, including but not limited to interrogatories and depositions under oath and access to subscriber records that a publisher would probably prefer not be disclosed. My guess is that Mr. Brinker would prefer not to enter such an arena, not with the proliferation of swarming antagonists that seem to be drawn to his name whenever and wherever it surfaces in these Internet forums, not that said frenzied enthusiasm is such a bad thing.
