It can be months before Justice comes back with a ruling. There is no reason for PSFT shareholder to move on the deal, or for ORCL to do anything that would bring the deal to a close. Larry has 11% of the shares from PSFT committed. There are more ORCL shareholders that would like to see Larry committed. Not too impressive, considering that PSFT shares are selling well below the offer price. SAP has got to be laughing every day that this battle continues. I don't know who the winner will be, but the clear loser right now is the ORCL shareholder.
