Ken, I don't really care about the 15% loss rule. If we have it in effect, there's no reason that the stock can't be added back in. Or we can skip the loss rule altogether.

You guys can decide what you want to do as well as who's going to be the thread moderator, you or Joe. As soon as you guys decide, I'll be happy to put in a request to S.I.

Good nite Amigo.

Sergio

Ken,

I like companies that are doubling in sales year to year and making a profit. They just did a small offering with some institutional investors. The biggest problem is they are tied into several promoters and one of them is really going to hype the stock overnight. Its good for me short term as the stock will probably gap up in the morning. From there its anyones guess. The float is only 3M shares but they do have some recently registered shares that could put a real damper on the party. I think they would be a prime AMEX candidate if they could get their stock price up high enough. I like the niche they are in and the market for what they do is huge so they would still be tiny at 4 times the projected 25M in sales this year.

Joe

This is NXTIs promoter. The kid has quite a history and he is now legit. As all promoters and analysts are. LOL.

Ledbed's email regarding NXTI's earning report:

NXTI closed today at $1.22 up 27% on high volume. Earnings just came out
after the close.

Revenues for the quarter were $5,131,944 up 136% over the previous year.
NXTI was profitable with net income of $143,398 for the quarter or $0.01 per
share.

These results were amazing and by far exceeded my highest expectations. I
believe NXTI is the biggest buying opportunity in the world anywhere under
$2. This should easily soon become a $4-$5 stock.

The CEO stated this evening in an interview on ceocast that the company
is positioned to double in size from here. Along with the acquisitions that
are being made, NXTI looks like it will be built into a giant empire.

While NXTI competes with major corporations like Nike and Russell, this is a
large $18 billion industry and NXTI only needs a very small piece to become
big. We believe that NXTI has found it's own niche with college and
motorsports and will become the leader in this area.

NXTI's management owns approximately 73% of the company. They want to
increase shareholder value more than anyone else. This isn't their first
time around. They have been very successful at building other public
companies in the past.

We are really the only people that know about NXTI so far. Once major
institutions begin to accumulate I don't think we will be able to touch this
stock for single digits.

While short-term NXTI may not have the upside that USXP had, NXTI appears to
be the best possible stock to accumulate and build a large position for the
long-term.

We will be sending out another Lebed Alert later tonight.

A third-party has compensated my firm Lebed & Lara, LLC, 50,000 free-trading
shares of NXTI for a 3-month investor relations contract.
