Do we call this a Presidency which delegates or one who is out there fending for themselves?

For one, this is off topic..

Two, it's stupid to blame corporations for using a product that the Federal Government approved, and in many cases, mandated the use of as a fire proofing material.

Thirdly, no regulation should ever be instituted that post-facto sets to assert corporate culpability for a previously approved of product.

So I don't have a bit of grief to spill over getting past this asbestos litigation and getting on with cleaning up the mess..

Afterall, if you can sue asbestos companies (or the companies who later purchase them and inherit the legal liabilities), then why not sue coal companies for "black lung" disease?
