North Korea claims to have one or more bombs. This is possible but reports have been mixed and odds are they could not yet hit Japan. They have the missile technology but are not likely capable of miniaturizing the payload to deliver it. They don't need nukes to kill tens of thousands of people in Seoul. In any scenario, including no-nukes, they can crush Seoul any time they want.

We did not invade Iraq and send in an army of occupation in self-defense. It was and is a hostile takeover of a sovereign natio followed by a military occupation to defend a puppet government. Nothing has been "liberated", unless you count the looting.

As for Iran, their political destiny is rightly up to them. If nuke inspectors are allowed in to verify their peaceful use of nuclear power, then there is no case for invasion or bombing.
