Any chance that shareholders will get anything? When Leap Wireless declared BK I immediately sold all my shares - it was obvious that shareholders would recieve nothing. It is not so obvious here. Loral does have several viable businesses, and should be able to pay back all of its debt eventually although not on the original terms. What does Bernie stand to gain or lose if all shares are made worthless?

On the bright side, I will only lose 1/10 the shares I would have lost before the reverse split! <vbg>

I don't condemn him at all, something had to happen, time required it...I feel a great weight has been lifted and we have a definite chance of finally getting out this perpetual financial crises and business quagmire...
