It translates into old British habits of shipping, outsourcing local jails into the colonies Plus some tax-priviledged former land-owning, death-tax and all, tarzans. Btw, 1968 is obviously a funny year, just like last year, and whatever the poodle comes up with while his nose is hold tightly (if not just locally, with the additional help of the neighbors) However, maybe he will get a grasp of fresh, libertarian air (cough-cough, slurp-slurp, snif-snif) as Thatcher enjoyed for her 75 year celebration.
