Carter was and is quite stupid. His tenure as President was about America in demise. Nothing heroic about that. NK says it has processed the uranium from the clinton carter nuclear reactor given them by mr. bill and mr. jimmy. Just plain stupidity. mr. bill having his weeny serviced by an intern in the oval office while speaking to a member of congress is not noble.
