PWEB SALT LAKE CITY, Jul 15, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Pacific WebWorks Inc.
(OTCBB:PWEB) President Christian Larsen, announced that the company has entered
into a license agreement with eBay, and stated that this agreement represents
the first of a number of steps the company will be announcing over the next few
weeks aimed at enhancing PWEB product offerings and facilitating greater product
distribution.

"Our agreement with eBay will soon enable customers to participate in the
world's largest marketplace. Using ClipOn Commerce, they will be able to place
their products in a space where there are millions of potential buyers," Larsen
explained.

The new technology is designed to benefit PWEB's customers in a number of ways,
including placement of their products in the eBay marketplace with a single
click of a button, and gaining additional exposure for their site in the
process. The company believes that this combination of taking products to buyers
and driving buyers to a site opens the door to new and exciting opportunities.

eBay (Nasdaq: EBAY; ebay.com) is "The World's Online Marketplace(TM)"
for the sale of goods and services. People spend more time on eBay than any
other online site, making it the most popular shopping destination on the
Internet.

"U.S. online retail sales grew by 15 percent between Q2 2002 and Q2 2003, from
just over $10 billion to $11.61 billion this past quarter. By signing this
agreement, we are taking steps to see that our product offerings have the
features and functionality that our clients need to keep pace with the
Internet's dramatic growth," Larsen concluded.
