Sorry, I'm not known for coloring the truth. Rose tint has gotten pretty expensive with all that's being spread by Wall Street these days. Our priviledged, wealthy have the middle class to thank for much of their gains. As long as they keep up their end of the social contract, things are fine. That means continuing to provide opportunities for the middle class to create value on the global marketplace. Right now, all the elite seem to be concerned with is shipping as much value creation as possible to China, and confusing financial "wealth" creation with true wealth creation - value-added economic activity.
