Is IQ a chart service for serious investors and traders trying to make a living using these charts, or is it designed as a kind of hobbyist software for fun and games? I ask because if you play a video game and something goes wrong, you don't expect customer support. With IQ we get almost zero customer support. Yesterday there was some blurb about the indices, BUT NOTHING ABOUT THE EXTENSIVE PERVASIVVE PROBLEMS IN THE CHARTS WE ARE NOW SEEING. So perhaps I'm the one making the mistake, thinking that this is a serious package for traders rather than a sort of whimsical fantasy chart video game product.
