Clinton's economy was crumbling long before Bush came along. Of course, that doesn't excuse Bush and the Repub congress from their roles in funding all of Clinton's garbage programs.

Sorry....the Clinton/Gore recession began well before Bush took office....Clinton's complete neglect of national security matters also led to 9/11 and two costly wars......dem is de facts....
