Thanks, but no need :-) When I was in the US last month, I was surprised to see I am now a size "small". I know I haven't lost any weight since the last time I was there, so I guess US companies must have changed their standards to make the increasingly obese population feel better about themselves - "Look honey, I am a 'medium', not an 'x-large'! Let's buy more clothes!" :-) Imho, there is only one secret to dieting: You Just Don't Eat. And if you have to eat, You Eat Very Little.
