i agree...the weak seasonal period July/August should spell opportunity to load up for a rally in the fall. there are lots of gold supporting factors lurking in the background...corporate bankruptcies, a harder Pentagon line on North Korea ( probably the only way, but very risky nevertheless ) , the impending GSE hearings, and Greengills manning the pumps as fervently as ever. not to mention the mini-Vietnam taking shape in Iraq. note also the continuing steepening of the yield curve. with all these factors in place it's no wonder the dips elicit buying
