I hear what you are saying marcos, loud and clear....but the World and Nation States don't work that way do they..?? We can't survive as Nation States from the perspective of the little guy on the street, it doesn't work that way and you know that to be true. That is why we elect or are governed by the Rich, the Powerful, the Political, the Intellectual..... Every Nation State pursues a policy of "Self-Interest and Preservation" when those ideas are threatened, then generally a measured response is taken.... the little people always hurt the most, they always have and they always will......... It is noble that you speak from their perspective Marcos but it has nothing to do with Reality.
