John. Iraq's feeble attempts to use of its old air defenses may not have been very nice in our eyes, but it certainly would not fall under the heading "state sponsored terrorism". As for Bush, if he went to the UN or even on national tv in the US and said "I want to kill Saddam because I thin he tried to kill my daddy", he would have been considered mentally unstable and hopefully removed from office under the care of a good doctor. Personal vendettas are not considered a legal basis for war, unless you are a hillbilly (no offense to hillbillies intended).
