So we can invade countries, "adminster" their resources for them by channeling the sales through our friends in oil companies and then "pay" something to the country that "voluntarily" gave us the resources, under the watchful eye of a government that we installed backed by our troops. Wow, you are right, that is not taking resources from weaker countries, that is "liberating" the resources. Lets go "liberate" some more oil. Lets liberate all the oil.
