Very interesting. Of course, in my mind, the question is one of tradeoffs: how many catastrophes like 9/11 can we sustain as a nation? Will our security improve as a result of actions taken today? Is it better to shift consumption from consumers to government, or to add to aggregate demand through a tax cut? Will the effect of deficits outweigh the effect of tax cuts on the economy? So far, I am inclined to support the Administration........
