yes, the rally has legs. Intel did a very smart thing. They have figured out that nobody cares about a stock being overvalued. So they set expectations very low. It wouldn't matter if the p/e were seven thousand. As long as they beat expectations. The fact is, INTC will be very lucky to have a long term growth rate of 10 percent yet the stock trades at 50 times earnings. This is one item that convinces me the stock market is in a sham bubble stage. Another is that EASY and CMGI, two companies with negative intrinsic value (based on net tangible assets and hugely negative cash flow) each have gone up several hundred percent on no news. What companies should do is not issue earnings forecasts any more, and in fact many are adopting that practice. That way the market would never go down ever, not even for one day. I predict we will see Nasdaq 5000 in 2004.

PG.
no problem - I linked to the Pinks on Quantel just for reference. It would make more sense to buy it in an international trading account..

GORX is great - quietly inching up on minimally increasing volume. Expect a breakout above the old intraday high of $4 soon. The nice thing today is that we have the highest end of day close for the year. Even the day we briefly touched $4 closed lower... a nice setup for a very possible breakout.. next stop beyond that: $7

CGPI - the reaction of the price is nonsense, the result of weak - or should I say "trembling" hands. I will sit it out. it's the 2nd lawsuit they filed. I'm pretty sure R&R factored in generic litigation challenges when they initiated coverage last week with a $28 target..

WLDA - is also flying. Not only to Kabul, Laos, Afghanistan - but also it's stock. Expect BIG TIME savings when the airline lease contracts expire. Hollis Harris is directing this ship in the right direction. Refinancing and nice profitability amid US international semi-military operations and beyond are certain. This one could go $5+ soon on news items I just described..

all the best
