When the f-going goes f-tough and f-global, the f-dangling-chads become f-weird for another global f-generation, especially those who have had no reason to even try to figure out some weird two-party system, except for something in the distant past, many moons and centuries ago. However, many nations had some attempts of two-party systems in the 1700s, and only some very f-few still have no f-idea. Even the f-and-w-birth-place, UK, is w-ing hard to get their reforms done, without upsetting the w-masses and voters.
