Your CD drive doesn't show up in "my computer"? Even if empty it should show up. It sounds like you are having problems with your CD drive or with your connection to the CD drive (Probably IDE but could be SCSI, USB, Firewire or other). Edit - But then you say that your system does play music CDs. When you remove the CD and have nothing in the drive does it show up in my computer? When you put in a program CD and then don't play the game (or exit it if it runs automatically) do you see the CD drive in my computer? What OS are you using? Tim
