victor, blind faith? blind means "can't see." if govt can cost effectively reduce child abuse by 70%, that's a good thing, right?

that isn't blind anything b/c we "see" the results.

it is too bad some have an agenda that doesn't allow for the govt to implement PROVEN (not blind!) successful programs to reduce helpless child abuse.

that's sad.
