If you cannot see that the diplomatic language used in what I quoted indicates strong suspicion, I question your ability to read. He in effect says that despite what Iraq says, we have reason to think that there are stockpiles, but we will not foreclose the possibility of further explanation. To me, the language indicates that he thinks, but is not sure, that the stockpiles exist. You can accuse me of faulty interpretation, but not of lying. That you cannot see this is disturbing........

"We consistently maintained that unaccounted for is not the same thing as saying things exist."

"Unaccounted for", at least a sufficient amount of "unaccounted for" was enough to be a material breech.
