To tell you the truth I really don't know what it all means. But my take again is these new shares convert into corporate cash, so they are covered at $3.10. So you are right on a hard value basis CBD got dilluted a bit; .35c. But if the financing happens to attract 7-8 million new investors at $3.10, well that to me says a lot for CBD. This sets a new bench mark for the company, MFL had a financing a while back. I'm not really sure of the particulars any more but it was offered at about the same level below the price of the day only to see the market reward MFL with an even higher share price . regards SCott
