ADTN Earnings CC T1 line growth flat. Did not see anticipated pick up in enterprise. DSO 51 days.Flat q-q. GM 54.9% vers 536% q-q. Consciously holding GM at 55%. Above that level competition tends to enter the market. 55% is hard to maintain. Don't want to see it beloww 54%. Guidance: -no increase in IT spending -increased DSLAM, optical sales driving growth -next q is traditionally flat to down -Rev $92 to 94 mil GM 54.5 to 55% Op Ex 34.5 mil Interest Income $1.4 to 1.5 mil down from 1.9 mil due to dividend payout. EPS 30 to 33 cents Year Guidance: Rev $361 to 365 mil GM 55% EPS $1.18 to 1.25.
