BTW, What I believe Ken meant while asking us not to politize this thread was just that...no campaign signs, openly and all the time pushing for one candidate or another (for this we go to Lindy's thread, or any number of others that are more roudy) etc...

I also believe he, and the rest of us know, that one can't have a discussion about foreign affairs without mentioning the President, or the Administration and Congress who are in charge of running the business of this Country.

Therefore, IMO, we must expect that the actions of Clinton, Bush I, Bush II, Carter, Nixon, Reagan, etc stand up under scrutiny.

The past DOES effect the future.
