Re North Korea....Yes, with the prospective of 5 years ago and what this report says, to today, when the items mentioned in the report are in fact happening, it does make you wonder where our "so-called leaders" were.

More importantly, why they let it get buried in piles of paper....

There is a similar report for 2000 as well...although it may be taken off the internet...I didn't keep a copy of it in my files like I did the 1999 report. Will have a couple of additional pieces for you when I return later this afternoon...
