Harris Direct has a new marketing plan ... it's called RAPE the client When they sent out their new commission schedule I overlooked the change in share aggregation. It must have been in small print. <g> I am lucky I noticed. I often don't reconcile my statement for two months (and I never look at the paper confirms since I also get email confirms) but a spreadsheet I keep was off substantially from what they showed my equity to be. I was digging into the stuff last night and saw what the bastards did. They are going to lose a lot of active clients over this.
