Ray,

The argument that always seems to come up on the topic of smaller, tactical nukes is, "Why build a tiny atomic bomb when the same thing may be done with conventional explosives?". The city killers are BIG - on the order of ten tons. The idea that any country would invest billions in R&D and then sell that sort of device to a radical organization strikes me as very far fetched.

As an example of how far Republican extremists will go to terrorize Americans, while war profiteers take US tax dollars to blow up helpless little countries, it's a good one. As a reason for why Americans should support blowing up helpless little countries, there's a point where I wonder if people are really dumb enough to fall for that sort of gag.
