Saw your recent comments on the silver prices thread.

As you may know I have not been excited by silver in years (said sell in mid-99) and I think if lead and zinc prices continue to move with other base metals it will be negative for silver (makes some projects more economic, like Apex)

Likewise, there is a base metal factor in gold, especially from copper, that we need to remain aware of. Gold and silver both currently seem to be at reasonable "fair market" values to me, but I remain bullish long-term (>2005) on gold. Silver still doesn't interest me.
