I agree that the markets are too deep to be manipulated 100% and/or indefinitely. However, in the short term, those who control the information feed control the market sentiment. It is a small wonder that that the Fed has been able to keep interest rates so low for this long. That, they have been able to do only through misrepresentation of the actual inflationary data of the country.
