I believe your difficulty with English causes you to misinterpret. I have taken some of your responses perhaps in the wrong way.

I am not bragging and the term "brag" is not appropriate in the context in which you use it. I feel deeply as do most Americans that Israel will exist and that the history of the holocaust requires us to be vigilent so that this does not happen again. "No brag, just fact." (Joe Friday quote but I digress.)

I disagree with you and your seeming interpretation of minor disputes between/among England, Israel and the US. Friends often disagree about points. They are, as are many other nations of the world if not most, committed to the continuing existence of Israel and the prevention of another holocaust.

My use of the word "holocaust," going forward applies to any group that may be subject to the cruel elimination by a tyrant, although the degree can never match Hitler. In my opinion, the justification for taking out Saddam was to eliminate a tyrant who had and would continue to threaten millions. As I've posted, the PR was not the greatest and the administration is paying the price now as is Tony Blair.

As for my use of the term "Sars lobby," it was intended to be a response to a cavalier use of phrases such as "Jewish interests," "Jewish lobby," etc. If you study the Jewish community, you will find that Jews have extremely divergent views, even to the degree of comfort and support with the State of Israel. That's why we often see bigots on the left claim that Jews are controlling Bush, while at the same time, you see bigots on the right stating that Jews are traitors for being against the war and international intervention.

Just as you objected to my use of an offensive term, I object to your categorizing a group. There is a "pro-Israeli lobby," which is a very powerful one, thank goodness. There are Jewish lobbyists, just as there are Catholic ones, Muslim lobbyists and Asian American lobbyists.

There is no "Jewish lobby."
