DSL! My little box thingee on the taskbar with the two TV monitors says "Speed: 1.4 Mbps".

I guess my sources were right after all; Amati had the technology but not the financial strength. Sad...

Hope all is well up on the Cape and that you have all recovered emotionally from the horrible tragedy back in February.

I'm on cable too..and its much better than DSL. I had both at the same time as a comparison and my experience with cable was much better. Smoother, quicker screens. As far as DSL, I am fairly close to the CO, so distance was not an issue.

Not this year Dude ... It's Low Carb DSL. Not DSL Lite.

It's almost like ADSL but keep all of us from getting the .....

WIDTH.

Merry Christmas Jim, Pat, Srvhap, Walt, Rip .. And all the rest.

I must say ... AMATI was one of The Most Agonizing Stock positions I've ever played.

Let's write a Song while we wait! And Wait. And Wait! [wish I could make an obsolete modem sound here] LMAO

Amati is missed but the Friends I made here are missed as well if not more.

Say Hi .. if you have the Opp.

Merry Christmas One and All,

Ray
