never said it was a direct quote. i meant that if the article is correct then dean contended it. either in writing or by speaking. i suppose it coulda been in sign language, too. -lol- does the method matter?

fact? ok, what's your source that the whole budget went up, as opposed to one or two line items?

btw, dean made a comment i think was very petty. something like, "i don't know if the iraqis are better off w/o saddam or with him." i totally disagree with that. 100%. i think he went too far making that comment.
