you obviously have no knowledge of the psft history or quality of Oracle applications. Oracle CRM is the worst product in the business, while psft is basically the old Vantive, a reasonable competitor to Sebl. Psft products in many areas are superior to Oracle, and with this acquisition of JDE, PSFT was threatening to put Oracle apps on life support, which is why Larry had to move with this takeover. Oracle doesn't know how to build quality apps, and their relentless indian outsourcing is part of the problem.
