The only smear is seen in the feeble defense of all the lies perpetrated by the shrub administration. If they had said there's some major security threat coming out of the Middle East...and the about to be published 9/11 report will show that it's actually Saudi focused...and what we have hastily and stupidly decided might be the possibly best, easiest way to establish a militarily strategic foothold in the ME to serve as a forward base with which to maybe counter that threat is to move into Iraq. After all, Iraq has had all its teeth pulled. It has a revenue source. It has a demonizable ruler. As can be easily grasped, if the major security threat we have experienced can attack here, it can attack anywhere. Therefore a TRUE coalition of free nations can and need to be assembled for the purpose. Do you think that would have washed with everyone? Of course not. But the profiteering, warmongering, lying, jackbooted neocon crowd figured they'd whip up a huge parfait of lies to shove down your throat. And you swallowed...cuz shrub is GOP. How about....investigate 9/11 to THE HILT in the first friggin' place and actually do something specifically engineered based on the findings. But noooooooo. There seems to be this little problem connecting Saudi money interests and the bush family. There seems to be this little problem connecting bush family money with bin ladin family money. WHAT A CROCK.
