No credence at all should be paid to those who do not have the guts to say their name, but only to be a "former senior official".....The press wants to protect them, and themselves....but since we don't have proof of who they are, how can any thinking person believe what is written....

That could be the former mayor of DC who did time for drug deals, or could be just about any level .... The doorman however, probably has the information.
