Well, there was a period where Tom Siebel was giving himself about 8 million options a year, and SEBL was not even profitable when options expenses were considered. One thing I have liked about Oracle compared to some tech companies like SEBL, is that Orcle is usually still profitable when options expenses are taken into account.

An article in CBS Marketwatch today notes that Chambers just got another 2 million options.
