I agree with him. It has never worked. But that makes me wonder why we are trying again. As much as I may not agree with Pondscum and our political leaders, I don't think they are flippin morons. They understand this also. So my question always comes back to, why, why are they doing something that has been proven to not work? What are they afraid of? What could be so bad to cause them to take this course knowing it has never worked but obviously praying it may work this time? I don't get it I guess but I hope to hell it works.
