1441 was a UN document not a blank check so stop the puerile insistence that it was.
The invasion was itself a breach of UN code.
Any action taken based on 1441 would have been legitimate only if approved by the UN. Since the invasion was not approved by the UN, 1441 is moot. Get a clue.
