Asbestos reform is looking doubtful this year. The version that passed out of the Senate committee last week is doomed.

crossy- I have been following the asbestos litigation closely and I'm a little concerned it will be tabled until next session. Democrats are really fighting it- not saying they're wrong, just a fact. Also, another absolute no brainer, in my opinion, is UHALQ. Very unusual BK with shareholder equity intact. Incredible value in the brand name. Should triple in a year.
