You Make Some Very Good Points

I have only used them for my active trading accounts.

I prefer to keep my trading accounts separate from my other accounts so it is not a problem for me.

They are very good at what they do, providing active traders with reliable, real time access to the markets but they do not provide the types of financial services that you do at full service brokerage firms.
