Cheney will stonewall investigators. He wont give them any help. So they'll have to nail him with something big and proveable from a whistle-blower.

Cheney has no doubt done a lot of shadowy, shifty even illegal things, but you're going to have to drag it out of him. He's a true believer in his hardline military-patroleum neocon world.
