At this point, both....they should not be allowed to get anymore contracts until they can prove the security of the product is much higher, and I think they should be sanctioned for providing products that are inherently unreliable in the security realm. Even worse, I imagine they, Mr softee, has know for a long time about these failures of the products and have not informed the customer YOU AND ME about them..... These are defense agency products that must have some recourse for correction or penalties for hiding faults CC
