Sheez, why didnt I just hold that boatload I bought in the $3's.....I bought in the mid $19's and hope it's not a mistake, but they blew away earnings bigtime and raised guidance considerably. Everything about their report was great. I just hope she can break and hold $20, and I am not buying the top. Plus, I did my own little "survey" the last few weeks. With a couple of wireless providers fixing to come out with the walkie talkie feature, I wanted to find out how it would effect NXTL. Would people switch from NXTL to other services, especially when others start in with price wars and offer their service cheaper. 99% of the people I spoke with on NXTL said no matter how low other companies prices get, they will not switch unless everybody else switches. In other words, NXTL already has a large customer base. A lower price will not make people switch, unless everybody switches. That seems to be the consensus of almost everybody I spoke with. They love the service and would like cheaper prices, but they will stick with NXTL unless all their other NXTL people switch. So, it may be tough for other wireless carriers to get people to switch, even if they offer lower prices. And you can't help but like their latest earnings report. They grew like wildflowers, and had their highest retention rate in over 5 years. They lost very few customers, and added a large amount, and raised guidance for next qtr and YOY. I hope buying now, in the $19's is not a big mistake, especially since I originally bought in the $3's, but was an idiot and sold to quickly. Now, I have to hope NXTL at $19 looks like a good buy down the road......
