futures aren't allowed to trade up or down beyond pre-set point limits which are set once a quarter I do believe.

Lock limit means its as far up or down as it can go. Can trade no higher or lower. Why, are we at those levels today?

someone probably has the link to the current limits. Haven't visited that topic in quite awhile. Just buy the dip -g-
